I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to use this service?

Absolutely! Our trained Virtual Service Advisors (VSAs) handle the technical aspects for you. We provide priority support and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, so you can focus on running your workshop without worrying about the tech.

What software do you integrate with?

We currently integrate with Mechanic Desk and Workshop Software. If you use a different web-based software, we can still connect and ensure seamless integration. Just let us know what you're using, and we'll make it work.

How long will it take to get started?

The setup process takes approximately one week. This includes getting mobile number approvals and setting up additional logins for your VSA. We work efficiently to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Can the VSAs do more than the listed tasks?

Yes, our VSAs are versatile and can handle a variety of tasks depending on your needs. If you need assistance with something specific, just ask, and we will let you know how we can help.

What if I don't see results within the first three months?
